winter haiku d'hiver – the silvern moon = la lune argentée

the silvern moon
plays on our snow swept fields –

la lune argentée
illumine nos champs en neige –
viens vers le foyer !

Richard Vallance

* “silvern” is a neologism coined by my fellow haijin and dear friend, Ellie Brown.
